Undercurrent of Joy
On the background -
Stop and listen to it,
Stop and feel.........
It's a constant pulsation of life,
It's the essence forgotten.
Euphoria is possible
In everyday moments
If you only stop and notice
That, which gives you life.
We are afloat on a river
Much stronger than any of us,
The current that can be an ally
If your powers align.
MAKE IT SO
