Like an Olympic marathon athlete......
No linear progression - repetitive rounds.
No end, no beginning............
STOP!
Take a pause.
Breathe deeply.
Follow the breath to your toes.
QUIET
Feel the love current
coursing through the Exuberant Body.
Feel each cell fill with power.
Feel the mighty Flow
pick up your Being,
Like a storm picks up a toothpick.
IT IS NOT UP TO YOU
You surrender.
The lightness and peace fill you whole.
