Compassion

09/05/09 5 AM
I took an elevator one day
That shot me to places unknown.
I was many different minds,
And each of them was was own.

I've traveled through different hearts,
I've stayed for a bit in each one.
Each day - in a different body,
Each night I peacefully died.

Through daily short incarnations,
I saw the Matrix undone.
The lattice that holds us as "static"
Keeps illusion of gradual change.......

I've worn many pairs of "moccacines."
A different pair - each day.
I now look at another being
With the knowledge - "this could be me."

The richness of this transformation
Does not for the judgment allow.
Each state is a place in gestation,
And to each I deeply bow.
